Ducharme Limousine & Tours operates under a Special Operating Permit License issued by the Passenger Transportation Board and follows all of the regulations and policies under the National Safety Code, the Motor Vehicle Act, and Passenger Transportation Act regulations. We are fully insured and our drivers are comprehensively trained and certified under all safety standard regulations.

Wine Festival Tasting Passport (August 1-31, 2026)
Ducharme Limousine & Tours supports wine enthusiasts who celebrate The Cowichan Valley Wine Festival each August 1-30. Patrons purchase a pass that entitles them to a glass and tastings at participating wineries. For more info on the Wine Fest, click here.
Official Transportation Provider of Events & Festivals
2026 Sunfest Goers! We are in again for another year of transporting concert patrons to and from the festival on the Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Priority trips are groups of 8 people for multiple days. Get your groups together and book early to secure your spot! Complete our form: here.
In 2025, we provided transportation for local community events and festivals throughout the Cowichan Valley. Ducharme Limousine & Tours is an official transportation provider for Laketown Amphitheatre events: Sunfest, Nickelback, and the Cowichan Bluegrass Festival. We are also a featured transportation option for the Cowichan Valley Wine Festival.

In 2026, donated two raffle draw Limousine Gift Certificates ($700 value) to support The Kerry Park U7, U8, and U9 teams 2026 Kerry Park Family Day – February 14-16 at Kerry Park Recreation Center.
