Ducharme Limousine & Tours operates under a Special Operating Permit License issued by the Passenger Transportation Board. We adhere to the National Safety Code, the Motor Vehicle Act, and the Passenger Transportation Act regulations. We are fully insured, and our trained chauffeurs exceed all the legal requirements.

Elite Transportation to Our Cowichan Valley Wineries
Ducharme Limousine & Tours supports wine enthusiasts who celebrate The Cowichan Valley Wine Festival each August 1-30. Patrons purchase a pass that entitles them to a glass and tastings at all participating wineries. To support the high demand of Wine Fest 2026, we operated two black Super Stretch Lincoln Town Car limousines throughout the entire festival.
We cultivate strong partnerships and affiliations with local wineries that share our commitment to excellence. We believe in supporting local businesses through reciprocal relationships and bilateral referrals. As a result, our clients may enjoy special treatment and privileges at our preferred establishments by booking with us.
